Leave Accra and travel inland towards Kumasi, the historic heart of the Ashanti Kingdom.
The journey introduces you to a changing Ghanaian landscape as the busy coastal capital gives way to greener inland surroundings.

Kumasi is not simply another Ghanaian city.
It is a place where the history, traditions and identity of the Ashanti people remain deeply visible in everyday life.
